Program Description

By opting in to receive text messages from Live Well Fitness Center, you consent to receive automated marketing messages, appointment reminders, class updates, promotional offers, and other service-related communications via SMS (Short Message Service) and MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service) to the mobile phone number you provided.

Message Types

You may receive messages including but not limited to:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Class schedule updates and cancellations
  • Training tips and fitness advice
  • Special offers and promotions
  • Payment reminders
  • General service updates and announcements

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your activity and preferences. You may receive up to 10 messages per month, though frequency may vary. We will never send more than necessary to provide our services to you.

Consent and Opt-In

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages, you:

  • Consent to receive automated text messages from Live Well Fitness Center
  • Confirm that you are the account holder or have authorization to opt in
  • Understand that consent is not a condition of purchase

After you opt out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You will no longer receive promotional messages, but may still receive transactional messages related to your account or scheduled appointments unless you request complete removal.
